    Le site du Manoir de Maffliers, racheté par la mairie, offrira un espace naturel public qui viendra rassembler des pôles qui sont aujourd’hui dispersés ou absents (école, mairie, office du tourisme, maison des jeunes). La distribution des pôles se fait à partir du pôle accueil. Qui a été défini par l’organisation spatiale globale du site. L’organisation externe dépend de l’organisation interne et vice versa. Elle amène à une circulation centripète et centrifuge. Les visiteurs sont amenés à converger et à diverger de ce pôle accueil et d’informations vers les autres services. L'office du tourisme est le seul édicule dont l'emplacement n'est pas défini (la mairie et la maison des jeunes étant des réhabilitations de bâtis existants). L'office vient se placer sur cet axe de « folies » et joue le rôle du pendant contemporain du Manoir -la mairie de Maffliers-. Ce bâti fin, transparent, ouvert sur la ville grâce à son matériaux principal -le verre- vient refléter le parc et le Manoir.

    The site of the  Manor House has been purchased by the City Hall of Maffliers,  it will offer to its inhabitants, a public natural area which will gather different community services that have been scatterred or inexistant ( such as the primary school, the City Hall, the Tourist Office and the Youth House). Distribution of the different community services starts from the heart of the site, the Reception Service Center. Which was defined by the overall spatial organization of the site. The external organization depends on the internal organization and vice versa. It leads to a centripetal and centrifugal movement. Visitors are encouraged to converge and diverge from the Reception Center to the other services. The tourist office is the only building whose location is not defined (as the City Hall and the Youth House are being rehabilitated in existing building). The office is placed on the axis of "folies" and plays the role of the contemporary counterpart of the Manor House - the City Hall of Maffliers-. Its transparent facade, opened to the city thanks to its main materials, the glass, which reflects the park and the Manor House.
